All International students studying in Business schools and Universities are welcome to participate in the conference.
All the Full paper submissions will go through the selection process by the Blind Review Committee (BRC).
All the participants must submit the presentation slides to get the participation link (Zoom) to their registered email IDs.
Participants are expected to submit the full paper before the deadline date. In case, if they could not do it, they will be provided time to submit the full paper post conference (a prior email request is expected).

The presenting author must be listed as the first author and kindly ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
Please note the submitting author will receive all correspondence about the abstract. So, authors are advised not to change the corresponding author in between the process.
Abstracts need to be original and previously presented ones will not be accepted.
Abstract title – limited to 20 words in Sentence Case.
Abstract text – limited to 200 - 250 words in a single paragraph.
Keywords – maximum 5 (arranged in alphabetical order)
Abstract layout - Abstracts must follow APA 7th Edition guidelines of formatting.
Font: Times New Roman; Font Size:11; Line spacing-Single ;
Alignment – Margin: 2.5 cm (right, left, top, bottom)
Abstracts may not be edited/updated after final submission. You are welcome to submit an updated abstract while submitting your full paper.
The word limit for the manuscripts should be between 5000 and 7500 words.
For full paper submissions, use the ISRC template (template and user guidelines will be provided along with the acceptance confirmation email).

E-mailed abstracts will not be considered.
Provide all the details requested (name, affiliated institution, contact details, etc.) in the exact format.

Participating research scholar cannot be an author of more than 3 papers (inclusive of all tracks)
Abstract Selection Process
All the abstracts will go through the selection process. The Blind Review Committee (BRC) for the conference will scrutinize the abstracts and select based on merit or request modification in the abstract to include it.
Once the decision about an abstract is taken by the BRC committee, the organizing chair will intimate the corresponding author about the decision.
Paper Selection Process for Publication in Springer Nature
All the papers presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings with the ISSN of Westford University Journal.
The best 12 papers of the ISRC 2023 will be published in the Springer Nature Book Series edited by the Organising Chairs of the conference.
Kindly note that depending on publication criteria and the quality of the paper, the BRC will decide whether the paper is selected for publication in Springer Nature Book Series.
If the paper is selected for publication, the paper will go through a second round of the review process, and the corresponding author will be notified of the comments on modifications. Only after making modifications as per the BRC's suggestion, the selected paper will be considered for production using the Springer Meteor platform.

Registration Process
The participation in the conference is purely based on the confirmation of participation by submitting the Full Paper or the Presentation Slides.
There can multiple authors for each research paper (subject to a maximum of 4 authors)
There is No Registration Fee! to participate in the conference
